Privacy policy for ComplianceNoMiss
ComplianceNoMiss collects onboarding and operational data to activate compliance workspaces, generate obligation records, request missing proofs, and run reminder and escalation workflows.
What we collect
Contact details, business identity, state, applicability facts, coverage selections, consent records, and operational metadata such as IP address, user agent, obligation status, proof references, and acknowledgement numbers.
How it is used
The data is used to map applicable obligations, generate document requests, queue reminder jobs, operate the CA and founder workspaces, and maintain an auditable operational trail.
Storage and retention
Registration and operational data are stored in a private database outside the public site root where possible. Retention windows are enforced for onboarding data, and deleted workspaces are marked and removed from active operational views.
Sharing
Data should only be shared with hosting, messaging, support, or compliance service providers that are necessary to operate the service. Secrets for messaging integrations should be managed through environment variables or a secret manager, not public files.
User controls
Consent is stored with the registration record, and workspace deletion can be actioned through the operations process. Due-date reminders still require the user to verify the underlying legal facts before filing.
